Eligibility
Grant requests are by invitation only and must be submitted through an electronic application. After all documents have been received and reviewed by staff, the Board of Directors will evaluate the full application. The deadlines to submit an online application to be considered for funding are as follows:

You must be able to answer "YES" to all of the following four questions
1. Has your CPO been in their current role for more than 2 years?
2. Was your last request date more than 12 months ago?
3. If funded, was your last awarded date more than 24 months ago?
4. Does your organization receive less than 15% of its operating budget in fees charged to youth?

In addition, include a copy of your most recent IRS 501 (c)(3) designation letter, 990, and audit.
Electronic applications will be reviewed by our staff on an ongoing basis. Once all documentation has been received and the staff has completed its review, full applications are considered in chronological order by the Board of Directors. Grant requests are reviewed several times throughout the year.

While all requests cannot be funded, each qualified application is considered carefully and seriously. Decisions are made based upon the Foundation’s priorities and the amount of money available for distribution. Successful grantees will be expected to provide program evaluations including impact reports as well as an accounting of how funds are spent.
